General Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TERMS OF USE BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING MMONER APP<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Terms of Use is an agreement between Users (\u201cYou, Your <\/strong>or Yourself\u201d<\/strong>) and Mooner App Pte Ltd (\u201cWe, Us, <\/strong>or Our\u201d<\/strong>), a private limited company duly established and legally operating under the laws of the Republic of SINGAPORE. This Terms of Use governs Your access and use of the app, website (www.mooner.com.sg<\/em><\/a> <\/em>and other websites We manage), content and products provided by Us (hereinafter, collectively referred to as \u201cMooner App<\/strong>\u201d), as well as order, payment, or use of the service available on Mooner App (\u201cService <\/strong>or Services<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By agreeing to this Terms of Use, you are agreeing to the changes that are an integral part of this Terms of Use (hereinafter, the Terms of Use, additional terms of Use and its changes are collectively referred to as \u201cTerms of Use<\/strong>\u201d). Notwithstanding the inseparability, the additional Terms of Use supersedes the Terms of Use in case of any discrepancies among them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use of MOONER App and Services<\/strong>
The access and use of Mooner App are subject to this Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have a full discretion either to use the Mooner App or other apps, whether to use Services available on Mooner App, or to stop using the Mooner App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only facilitate You finding various Services You need by providing Mooner App. All Services are provided directly by independent third parties who agreed to become Our partners \u201cMOONERS<\/strong>\u201d (hereinafter, collectively referred to as \u201cService Provider\/s<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When ordering a Service, the Mooner App will connect You with the available Service Provider around Your location. Thus, some Services cannot be used if You do not activate the location feature. Furthermore, if the Service Provider accepts Your order, We will inform Your order status through Mooner App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signing-up and Signing-in Account
<\/strong>You can access and use the Mooner App and the Services by registering for an account (\u201cAccount<\/strong>\u201d). As for the terms for signing-up and signing-in the Account shall refer to the terms that are stipulated under Mooner App Terms of Use<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal Information
<\/strong>Collection, storing, processing, use and sharing of Your personal information, such as Your name, address, electronic mail address, and mobile phone number You provided when opening an Account are subject to the Privacy Policy<\/a>, which is an integral part of this Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Content, Information and Promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We or other parties that cooperate with Us may provide Third-Party Content which You may find on the Mooner App. In any event where the Third-Party Content is provided by other parties that cooperate with Us (\u201cThird-Party Content Provider<\/strong>\u201d), We are not liable to any part of the Third-Party Content. Your access to or use of the Third-Party Content is Your conformity to the terms and conditions set forth by Us or the Third-Party Content Provider, including Our or Third-Party Content Provider\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third-Party Content <\/strong>means, any information, data, or actual news, made, edited, developed, and\/or maintained by the Third-Party Content Provider itself or obtained by the Third-Party Content Provider from other third parties, where the Third-Party Content Provider is responsible to procure any permission necessary to display such Content, including but not limited to texts or writings, images, quotes, photographs, illustrations, animations, videos, voice recordings or music, title, and\/or descriptions to be exhibited on the Mooner App, including any link to the such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We or other parties that cooperate with Us may provide offers or promotions (\u201cOffers\u201d<\/strong>) that are exchangeable for goods, Services or other benefits related to the use of Mooner App. In any event where Offers are provided by other parties that cooperate with Us (\u201cOffers Providers\u201d<\/strong>), We are not liable to any part of the Offers. Your access to or use of the Offers is Your conformity to the terms and conditions set forth by Us or the Offers Providers, including Our or Offers Provider\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All information, Offers contained in Mooner App are intended solely to provide You the best experience when using Mooner App or Services. You shall not abuse Offers received during the use of Mooner App or Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You agree to utilize the Offers in accordance with the terms, conditions, and purpose of the Offers and will not abuse, duplicate, monetize, transfer, use for commercial purposes or take unfair advantage of the Offers in any form of manner whatsoever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You understand that Offers are not exchangeable for cash, have a limited validity period and are subject to the conditions that apply to each of the Offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rates and Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mooner App is free to download. However, We may charge fees for using certain features and\/or Mooner App in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services available on the Mooner App are subject to rates that You can find on Mooner App before You book the Service. We may adjust or renew rates from time to time based on certain factors, among other location, time, type of Services and applicable laws. We may also charge fees of a certain amount as a payment to use Mooner App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may pay the Services, Third-Party Content or Offers You ordered by cash or electronic payment methods, provided by independent third parties (\u201cPayment Method Provider\u201d<\/strong>), on Mooner App, including electronic money, loan facility, debit or credit card or other payment methods (\u201cPayment Method\u201d<\/strong>) which may vary from time to time based on our sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enable payment by Payment Method, You have to register officially on the Payment Method Provider You choose and use Your personal payment credentials. If You use other party\u2019s registered credentials, You are fully responsible for all licenses required and all losses or disputes which arise between You and that other party, either caused by Your, Our, Service Provider, Third-Party Content Provider, Offers Provider, or Payment Method Provider\u2019s negligence or omission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone Your payment request using the Payment Method for certain reasons, including but not limited to any indication or We have sufficient reasons to suspect any fraud, deceit, violation against Terms of Use, violation against applicable laws including related to payment using cards, electronic money, payment transaction processes, anti-money laundering, corruption and terrorism financing, or any unusual or suspicious behavior, including any obligation You have yet to fulfill to Us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mooner App Software<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only provide official Mooner App software on official digital markets, such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and for use on mobile phones or tablet devices only. Downloading the Mooner App from platforms other than official digital markets and\/or to devices other than mobile phones or tablets is a violation of these Terms of Use and of Our intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mooner App and Services, including but not limited to names, logos, program codes, designs, trademarks, technologies, databases, business processes and models, are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights available under the laws of the Republic of Singapore which registered either on behalf of Us or Our affiliates. We (and our licensors) have all the rights and interests of the Mooner App and Services, including all intellectual property rights related to all features contained therein and related intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subject to this Terms of Use, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, irrevocable, non-transferable (without the right to sub-license) license to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
